Proceedings in the Board of RCS

Visit in Uvaly 27th and 28th of July 2015
The first BM of RCS was mainly dealing with strategic questions and the search of a CEO of RCS. The contract with the town of Uvaly may be a tinplate for future activities of the new company.
The Board discussed and laid down the profile of the new CEO and fixed his salary, bonus and fringe benefits.
Another important question was who would support the Board of RCS in the search of the CEO. The Board decided to commission its president, Mrs. Dagmar Doubravova, with contacting the designated head-hunter. Aim of this action is to discuss and fix with him conditions and proceedings for the search.
On July 28th, the Swiss Members of the Board visited the Vice-Mayor of Uvaly, Mr. Alexis Kimbembe. He received RCS-Board members very well and stressed the fact that there is a lot of goodwill for the project in Uvaly. Two reasons support this view. The Vice-Mayor spoke of the possibility to extend the project in the year 2016. Second, it was obvious that both the responsible of the town and the participants of the reintegration-program were very pleased with the experience.
