Integration of long-term jobless into the first labour market

Our new Company needs a leader. He/she will have the task to build up and lead the company successfully in the extremely competitive surrounding.

Dagmar Doubravova (CEO of Rubikon Centrum) and I have decided to entrust a well-known Head-hunter with the task to search and demanding evaluate 3 to 4 candidates who promise to fulfil the complex and demanding job profile. This will facilitate the task of the Board when choosing the right candidate.

The Board-Meeting of July 27^th will not only choose the Head-hunter but also formulate the job-profile and the steps to be taken in this crucial topic. We are very confident to find the right person by October.
