Reunion of Partners

Members of the a.i. management of Rubikon Centrum Servis (RCS) informed the participants of the shareholder-meeting about the last 4 months of business. The set aims have been reached however the stress was heavy due to the lack of adequate personnel resources. So the Uvaly project has been implemented and received full support from the Mayor of this small town nearby Prague. This led to a prolongation of the existing contract as far as to 2016 and to an increase of the hourly rate payed by Uvaly.

Furthermore the management informed the meeting that new contracts are in the pipeline and will help to enlarge RCS.

Two main subjects the have been discussed and decided:

1. The partners have elected Ing. Roman Palata unanimously as CEO of RCS starting on January 1^st Rubikon Centrum has selected Mr. Palata out of 22 applicants. He has a proven record of building up new firms and is fluent in English and German. He convinced the electing body with his ideas of his tasks and had a clear view of the challenges he will encounter in a company, which takes social aims serious.
   The two members of VEBO wished Mr. Palata al the best for his success and promised their support.
2. The second important subject was the preparation of a visit of 9 persons from the Judiciary in Zürich at the End of November 2015. The Vice-Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic, Mr. Vladimir Zimmel, will visit Institutions in Zurich and Winterthur engaged in the field of Reintegration of long-term unemployed citizens (incl.offenders). DEZA financed this visit under the framework of “partnership Fund Projects”
